This solid wood piece has been repaired and painted with Homestead House milk paint in the color Bayberry. The original wooden mustache handles are the star of this showstopper. The drawers have been sanded inside and out and hydrated with Howard's Feed 'n Wax, and they slide freely. There is generous space in the lower drawers and could store quilts or blankets. A truly beautiful piece from the early 20th century, ready to serve for another 100 years!
